Sales deck privacy notice
Last updated: June 2026
Don’t want us to measure how you interact with TriStar sales decks? Opt out below. This turns off measurement for these decks in this browser, immediately and for future visits.
Re-enable tracking
This notice explains how TriStar Technology Group LLC (“TriStar”, “we”) handles information when you view one of our personalized
sales presentations (“decks”) hosted at hbs.tristargroup.us and ai-cohorts.tristargroup.us. It supplements our main
Privacy Policy.
Outreach links we send contain a short token (for example ?t=ab3xk9). When you open the deck, that token lets us associate your
engagement with the contact record we already hold for you, so our team knows the material reached you and can follow up appropriately.
This is collected through Plausible Analytics (a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service) and through TriStar’s own measurement endpoint.
These decks do not use cookies. The only thing stored on your device is a single browser localStorage entry holding your link
token. Plausible does not set cookies and does not store your IP address (it is hashed and discarded). Our own endpoint does not store your IP address or
device identifiers.
We use engagement information to gauge interest and time our follow-up on outreach you chose to open. For recipients in the EEA/UK, we rely on our legitimate interests in business-to-business communication, balanced against your interests. You can object at any time using the opt-out above.
Engagement is visible to TriStar staff and recorded in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot). Plausible and HubSpot act as our service providers (processors). TriStar is US-based, so information may be processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards.
We keep deck-engagement information only as long as needed for the related sales relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Email info@tristargroup.us for any privacy request or question, or see our full Privacy Policy.
